Return and Refund Policy

At levisum we place great importance on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your statutory consumer rights as well as the return and refund options described below.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within this period without having to provide a reason.

2. Voluntary Return Option

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we may offer you a voluntary return option of up to 30 days from receipt of the goods .

For a voluntary return, the item must be:

• unworn and unused;

• unwashed;

• in perfect condition;

• preferably with the original tags attached;

• preferably returned in the original packaging.

This voluntary return option does not limit your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.

• Your order number;

• which items you would like to return;

• the reason for the return.

Our customer service will then provide you with the appropriate return information.

Please do not return goods without prior consultation to a company address listed on the website. Use exclusively the return address provided by our customer service for your specific order.

4. Preparing the Return

Please carefully package the items to be returned to prevent damage during transport.

If possible, include all accessories and documents belonging to the product.

In the case of a voluntary return, the goods should not show any signs of use, stains, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of soiling.

5. Return Shipping

After receiving our return information, please send the goods to the return address provided by our customer service.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number.

Return Costs

In the event of a withdrawal the consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that we have duly informed the consumer about these costs.

In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item we will bear the reasonable costs of returning the goods.

6. Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will generally refund the payments received within the statutory period.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

In the event of a withdrawal, we will generally also refund the cost of standard delivery. You are not entitled to a refund of any additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

The actual crediting of the refund to your account may take additional time depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Please provide your order number and, if possible, attach photos of the item and its packaging.

We will review the matter and inform you of the next steps.

8. Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not offer direct exchanges of items.

If, for example, you would like a different size or color, you can return the original item and—subject to availability—place a new order.

9. Goods Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, or may apply only to a limited extent, to certain goods and services due to statutory exceptions.

This may apply, for example, to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, provided that the statutory requirements for this are met.

10. Incomplete or Damaged Returns

In the case of a voluntary return outside the statutory right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to refuse the return if the goods have been used or damaged to an extent that goes significantly beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The consumer's statutory claims remain unaffected.
